The STEM Aspire program is a year-long mentorship program between Dell employees and undergraduate women in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) to assist in the transition from school to the workforce. The goal of this rebrand is to steer away from a straight-laced corporate feeling to one with softer colors and shapes - all while still being recognizable as a Dell program.

With Dell’s worldwide reach, each piece had to have a regional variation and include an editable version in Acrobat and Powerpoint to accommodate for translations as well as usability.
